STEP stands for Skills, Transitions, Exploration and Progress. This program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca, providing Partial Hospitalization services to youth ages 12-17.  Youth in the STEP program receive services provided by a Psychiatrist, Registered Nurse, Master’s level Clinicians, and a Bachelors level Counselor. The goal of the STEP program is to provide intensive, short-term and stabilization services to enable our clients to step down to lower levels of outpatient mental health treatment. The main treatment modality is group therapy.
