The Wraparound Supervisor manages and oversees a full wraparound team of Clinicians, Support Counselors, and Family Partners. The Wraparound Supervisor works in partnership with the Clinical Supervisor as a team leader to provide individual and group supervision, coordinate the support coverage schedule for the team, provide direct support to supervisees in the field, and oversee the quality and tracking of all mental health charting. If the Supervisor is licensed with the BBS for two years they would provide the clinical supervision for the Master’s level staff members. If not, they partner with a clinical supervisor to provide this resource. The primary goal of our program is to provide children and families with services that will ensure safety, stability, and permanency.
“I get the opportunity to work alongside some of the most creative clinically minded individuals to plan and develop programs that are not the status quo, but a unique, fresh, and exciting approach to social work. I am encouraged to think outside the box and provided the professional development to do so in a community based model.”
