The Wraparound Supervisor manages and oversees a full wraparound team of Clinicians, Support Counselors, and Family Partners. The Wraparound Supervisor works in partnership with the Clinical Supervisor as a team leader to provide individual and group supervision, coordinate the support coverage schedule for the team, provide direct support to supervisees in the field, and oversee the quality and tracking of all mental health charting. If the Supervisor is licensed with the BBS for two years they would provide the clinical supervision for the Master’s level staff members. If not, they partner with a clinical supervisor to provide this resource. The primary goal of our program is to provide children and families with services that will ensure safety, stability, and permanency.

  • Create and maintain supervisees’ schedules for providing direct care/support for children and families.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training and support to all supervisees in regard to all areas of their job and responsibilities.
  • Conduct weekly individual supervision
  • The Wraparound Supervisor is responsible for support their team with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion issues that affect their supervisees’ own professional development and those of the families in Wraparound.
  • Co-facilitate weekly Clinical and Support Counselor meetings
  • Facilitate weekly Team Meetings for all members of that supervisor’s team.
  • Ensure that all supervisees are submitting accurate and timely paperwork related to the services being provided to children and families and relevant to their role.
  • Work with the Management Team to coordinate ongoing staff trainings, as well as interviewing and hiring Wraparound staff


  • Master's Degree in social service field
  • Registered with the California BBS
  • TB test clearance, fingerprint clearances, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Own vehicle, valid California Driver’s License and insurability through Seneca’s automobile policy
  • Ability to work as part of and supervise a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working children in out-of-home care preferred
  • Experience implementing family-focused wrap-around services a plus
