Seneca's Ventura County Crisis Program provides dignified mental health treatment for youth in psychiatric crisis. This groundbreaking program provides a new facet to the continuum of care for youth in Ventura County. We provide crisis stabilization to youth in less than 24 hours and also provide a short term residential program for youth needing further stabilization. Our collaborative decision-making process enables each individual youth and family to have mental health care experience that is strength-based and focuses on sustainable resources for continued care. Seneca is committed to hiring and maintaining a culturally, ethnically and linguistically diverse workforce that is reflective of the local client community.
