The role of the Reading Intervention Specialist is to provide intensive academic instruction and intervention to students grades 3-12 in literacy at James Baldwin Academy. The Reading Intervention Specialist will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to maintain the academic, social and emotional needs of each student, which are aligned with the Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and the Treatment Plans.
