  • Overview

    The TAY (Transition Age Youth) CSEC (Commercially Sexually Exploited Children) Survivor will provide peer support and advocacy to youth and young adults ages 10-25 in the Solano County TAY CSEC Services Program. Peer support may include one on one peer support or facilitating groups for youth who are involved or at risk of involvement in commercial sexual exploitation. The CSEC Survivor will also be involved in community awareness events and activities.


    The TAY CSEC Program provides therapy, case management, permanency planning, and crisis intervention services to youth with mental health needs who are involved in or at risk of involvement with commercial sexual exploitation.

    • Provide one on one and group peer support to CSEC involved or at risk youth ages 10-25
    • Attend and participate in CSEC awareness activities in the community
    • Provide youth/families with referrals and linkage to other resources in the community
    • Provide drop-in support hours for youth
    • Collaborate and participate in client family team meetings, treatment planning meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and consultation/trainings
    • Complete all training requirements as indicated by Program Supervisor
    • Complete notes and paperwork as indicated by Program Supervisor
    • Participate in weekly supervision/mentorship with the Program Supervisor or designee.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork including but not limited to timesheets, petty cash, and mileage.
    • Maintain professional behavior at all times, appropriately representing Seneca’s mission and philosophy.


    • Must have lived experience of Commercial Sexual Exploitation
    • Own a vehicle, California driver's license, and auto insurance
    • Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other mandatory State/Federal requirements
    • Ability to work as a team player
    • Strong communication skills


    • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm with flexible schedule to work some evenings and weekends
