Seneca’s Application Support Analyst is the primary point of contact between employees and our technical development teams. This position performs support, training, and configuration of our applications (primarily our electronic health records system). The Application Support Analyst works directly with various stakeholders, both internal and external, in order to ensure that the applications are used most effectively across Seneca’s widely-varied spectrum of programs.
