As the Social Worker on the team, you will assume the role of the clinical leader for the assigned caseload, implement comprehensive treatment, and intervene as necessary in clients' behavior management plan. You will be responsible for engaging and collaborating with community providers and Kaiser partner.




This Kaiser Wraparound Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization).

  • Conduct weekly meetings with clients and caregivers to support treatment goals, provide psychoeducation, and coordinate care between providers
  • Form Child and Family teams consisting of natural supports to develop treatment plans and sustainable support
  • Provide guidance and consultation to team members on clinical and casework matters as needed
  • Assess and address engagement needs for youth and families, working with Wraparound team members to establish connections
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation including: mental health notes, assessments, treatment plans, and incident reports
  • Deliver individual or family therapy as appropriate
  • Participate in the 24-hour on-call support line system
  • Engage in individual and/or group supervision



  • Master’s degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work
  • Registered with California BBS as: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed 
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Be part of a rotating emergency pager system, scheduled ahead of time
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Own vehicle, Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination


  • Bilingual Spanish skills
  • Experience working with children in out-of-home care
  • Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills


  • Full-time
    • Mon - Fri; 9AM - 5:30PM OR 10AM - 6:30PM
    • Flexible schedule with ability to work some evening and weekend
    • Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely


  • Starting at $69,010 - $83,010 per year, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification
  • Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
  • An additional compensation upon passing the bilingual language proficiency exam
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus!
