A Crisis Therapist in the San Francisco Aspire Program guides clinical treatment and provides therapy for our clients. As the Crisis Therapists you will conduct assessments and write treatment plans, and create sustainable transition plans. Our Crisis Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide guidance for the Youth Stabilization Specialist as needed, and conduct safety and risk assessments. The Crisis Therapist will provide support at the San Francisco and Oakland location with a set schedule that will be determined with the program leadership team.
ABOUT SF ASPIRE STRTP
San Francisco Aspire STRTP Program is designed to provide treatment to youth involved in the child welfare system, provide a safe and supportive environment in our Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) setting. SF Aspire serves 1 - 3 youth from San Francisco as they prepare to live in a resource family residential neighborhood in San Francisco or Oakland. Our unique program centers around the individual needs of each youth. We provide a high staff to client ratio that allows us to focus on building relationships and fostering permanency connections.
