The Program Supervisor for Santa Clara County RISE manages and supervises program staff. This role is responsible for knowing and being capable of fulfilling all job duties of supervisees. The Program Supervisor provides direct support to supervisees, oversees the quality and tracking of all services and documentation, trains and onboards new staff, ensures program coverage, and is an integral part of the management team.As Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the RISE program and hold the overarching vision of Seneca. It is the responsibility of the Supervisor to ensure fidelity to the RISE service model, while ensuring the voice and goals of client and families.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Santa Clara County RISEis a partnership between Santa Clara County Probation Department, Santa Clara Behavioral Health and Seneca Family of Agencies. The short-term goal of RISE is to provide evidence-driven assessment, planning, linkage and treatment services to support referred clients and their families to meet the terms of their probation, address mental health, education, substance abuse, social service’s needs, and exit probation successfully. The long-term goal of RISE is to reduce client recidivism, increase client psychosocial functioning, and increase community safety.
