Are you a clinician ready to make a real difference in the lives of youth and families? At Seneca Family of Agencies, we are looking for a passionate clinician to join our Wraparound Program and support at-risk youth and their families through intensive, strengths-based services. As a Wraparound Social Worker, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to preventing out-of-home placements and helping youth thrive in their current environments.
What’s in it for you?
As a Wraparound Social Worker, you’ll work directly with 6-8 youth and their families, building strong partnerships with Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and other service providers. Your role will be integral in helping families develop the skills and supports needed to achieve permanency and stabilization for their children. You’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful, lasting change, providing tailored treatment and support to meet evolving needs.
ABOUT WRAPAROUND
Seneca’s Wraparound services are designed for children and youth at risk of entering high-level residential treatment or juvenile hall. Our programs are family-driven, strengths-based, and flexible, with a goal of keeping families together and children safe in their homes and communities. You’ll collaborate with families, care coordinators, youth counselors, parent partners, and other community members to ensure long-term success and build connections that last a lifetime.
