The Executive Director of Residential Programs will directly oversee the STRTP-licensed programs for San Francisco County, providing oversight of program and clinical practices, equipping and supporting staff, external partnership and advocacy, and supporting fiscal solvency. Those programs include: Aspire ESTRTP (2 beds), CCCPP ESTRTP (2 beds) and CCCPP CCRP (4 beds).
In addition, the Executive Director of Residential Programming will also provide guidance and consultation to other leaders who oversee and support STRTP-licensed programs across the agency, with the goal of strengthening program and model consistency across those programs throughout California.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMS
The programs directly overseen by the Executive Director of Residential Programs are a part of the Children’s Crisis Continuum Pilot Program (CCCPP) grant which aims to provide a full continuum of care to San Francisco youth, including innovative, short term, individualized out of home placements for youth who need support with stabilization.
