As a Therapist, you will provide direct clinical services to children and young adults (ages 20 and younger) transitioning from institutional care to family or community-based settings, ensuring continuity of care and stability. Working within homes, schools, and other community environments, you will coordinate multidisciplinary treatment planning, collaborate with service providers, and deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions. Your role is to establish therapeutic relationships, promote resilience, and support the integration of mental health services that align with each client’s needs, values, and cultural background.
