Join our team as a Wraparound Social Worker and become part of a community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.   As a Wraparound Social Worker you will be delivering culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and family-centered clinical services for Wraparound youth who are referred through social services, probation, or post-adoption services. In collaboration with county and community partners, the Social Worker provides clinical support aligned with Wraparound principles and rooted in Seneca’s mission and values related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. On the Wraparound team, the Social Worker serves as the clinical lead to the Facilitator, Support Counselor, Connections Specialist and Family Partner to ensure the clinical needs of the youth are being met to help maintain the youth in the community and current placement. Services are provided almost exclusively in the community, including in families’ homes, foster homes, schools, and other community locations.   ABOUT THE PROGRAM The Wraparound Programs work in close partnership with Department of Social Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and group homes. Wraparound provides strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care placements for children and youth by drawing upon community and family strengths. At Seneca, we seek a Behavioral Specialist for our Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program (TBS) team.   As a Behavioral Specialist, you will provide behaviorally focused, intensive mental health services to children who have been identified as at-risk for higher levels of care or are stepping down from higher levels of care.
