Are you passionate about increasing literacy for youth in your community? Seneca Family of Agencies is proud to partner with FACTS Education Solutions to hire a Reading Associate. As a Reading Associate, you’ll provide one-on-one and small-group literacy instruction to struggling readers at Seneca’s Nonpublic Schools in the East Bay. Participating in training to develop an understanding of foundational reading and phonics progression, our Reading Associates learn to use whole-body reading interventions, existing curricula, technology-based programs, and games to teach word recognition and comprehension to K-12 students.

Seneca’s Maya Angelou Academy (MAA) is a non-public school that provides special education services to students grades K-5 with a variety of emotional, behavioral, or social needs. MAA provides individualized attention and direct instruction in core areas in order to help our students make adequate yearly progress on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals while adhering to a general education standards-based curriculum.
