SERVICES (KAS)  Seneca serves Santa Clara County children/youth by offering a focus on managing mental and behavioral health needs and increasing placement stabilization. KAS services dually focus on therapy and the child and family team meeting process that focuses on building a strong team to collaboratively address the needs of the child and family. KAS staff are able to serve children and youth between the ages of 6-21. So do we, join our Ventura WRAP/FURS Program as a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist!   The BilingualMental Health Therapist's primary responsibility is to facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings according toWraparound principles that are family-centered, individualized, strengths-based, and outcome-focused.The Mental Health Therapist partners with the Child and Family Team and other Wraparound staff toassessyouth and family needs,while leading the Seneca Wraparound team in providing services to support the achievement of family goals.The Mental Health Therapist also works as a Clinician on the FURS response team during on-call shiftsto provide community-based crisis intervention and mental health services.       ABOUT VENTURA WRAP/FURS Wraparound/FURS are community-based programs that serve at-risk youth from ages 0-21 throughout Ventura County. The Family Specialist role works with a team of Clinicians, Parent Partners, and Youth Advocates to support the youth and their family. We do “whatever it takes” to help our community thrive. Join our Wraparound Team at Seneca today!   Seneca offers weekly individual and group supervision towards licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and yearly scholarship opportunities for professional development.   As the Social Worker on the team, you will have the opportunity to be the team clinical leader for your respective caseload, ensure all parties are working together towards stability for the youth and family, coordinate and implement treatment plans for youth. You will be responsible to providing behavioral interventions as needed and provide case planning and consultation to team members on clinical and casework issues.   ABOUT WRAPAROUND The Solano Wraparound Program serves Solano County children and adolescents in the Child Welfare, Probation and Mental Health systems that are transitioning from or are at risk of going to out of home care or juvenile hall. The Wraparound approach focuses on supporting children by enhancing natural resources within their families and communities so that they can live in the least restrictive, most family-like setting possible.
